The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Still Puzzling. Still Puzzling operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience.
Still Puzzling is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online store and related services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, interact with, or purchase from our store.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under Swedish or EU consumer law.

Our store is intended mainly for consumer purchases. If you are interested in wholesale, resale, or business purchases, please contact us before placing an order.
Section 4 — Prices, VAT and Billing
Prices shown in our store are shown in SEK unless otherwise stated.
For customers in Sweden and, where applicable, the EU, prices shown include VAT/moms unless otherwise clearly stated. Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
For deliveries outside Sweden or the EU, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or other fees may apply. These charges are not controlled by Still Puzzling and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information for all purchases made through our store. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders according to the delivery options shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, customs processing, seasonal demand, or events outside our control.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged before delivery to you, please contact us at hello@stillpuzzling.com so we can help investigate and resolve the issue with the carrier.
We are responsible for delivering the goods to you in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights if your order is delayed, lost, damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Section 6 — Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a consumer in Sweden or the EU, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
In addition to this legal right, Still Puzzling offers a 30-day return policy, as described in our Refund Policy: https://stillpuzzling.com/policies/refund-policy
To request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@stillpuzzling.com.
Returned products should be handled carefully and returned in accordance with the instructions provided in our Refund Policy. If a product has been used or handled more than necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made from the refund where permitted by law.
Your legal rights are not affected by our voluntary return policy.
Section 7 — Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible at hello@stillpuzzling.com.
If your puzzle is missing a piece, please contact us with your order number, the puzzle name, and any information requested by the manufacturer, such as the missing piece location or a photo of the completed puzzle.
In some cases, the original manufacturer may be able to provide a replacement piece. If this option is available, we can help guide you through the replacement request process. This can be a good alternative if you would prefer to keep the puzzle instead of returning it.
Availability of replacement pieces depends on the manufacturer and cannot always be guaranteed.
Your legal rights are not affected. If the product is faulty, damaged, incomplete, or does not match what was agreed, you may still have rights under applicable consumer law, including the right to a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund depending on the situation.
Nothing in these Terms or in our Refund Policy limits your mandatory legal rights.
Section 8 — Intellectual Property
Our website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, branding, design elements, product descriptions, videos, and other materials, belongs to Still Puzzling, our suppliers, licensors, or other rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

However, any purchases you make through our store are made directly with Still Puzzling. Shopify is not responsible for the products you purchase from us, our order handling, shipping, returns, customer service, or any issue arising from a purchase made with Still Puzzling.
By using our store, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Still Puzzling, except where Shopify provides its own services directly to you under its own terms.
